Welcome back as we invite Angelica Lazos to the table to tell us her story. Her story involves trauma that led her to a comatose state and how she coped with life before, during and after. Angelica was part of a focus group we had last year when we were interviewing women in their early twenties for a book Naomi and I are in the process of writing. Her story of finding her “awakening” so early on in life is fascinating. Angelica would tell you, there’s nothing unique about her or her story, but her story is perhaps the one that prompted the Beyond Picket Fences Podcast. Pull up a chair as Angelica tells her story about how life is not short on wake up calls.
Show Notes: It sounds as though there is a section near the end of the show that should be edited out. After further discussion, Angelica decided to keep the conversation in the story.
