Episode 63: Forgiveness: Forgiving Others and Forgiving Myself w/ Shara Caldwell

Shara Caldwell is a young mother to a teenage boy who has overcome two divorces and lots of death and adversity throughout the course of her teenage and adult years.

She wants to share her story with those who may have difficulty coping, grieving, and accepting loss. Through the mistakes and life lessons she’s faced, she has taught herself to forgive. Not just forgiving other people, but forgiving herself. Being able to internalize her pain, allowing herself to grieve, and then using that grief to practice honesty and transparency is what helped her catapult out of what was slowly manifesting into a dark depression. Shara is the best version of herself today and she hopes that her story will inspire those who may be able to resonate. You are not alone.
